DESCRIPTION:Bermuda Chamber of Commerce is excited to introduce this 1 hour seminar which has been designed to provide Privacy Officers\, and those who assist them\, with a crash course in what the Personal Information Protection Act 2016 ( as amended\, "PIPA" ) expects of them\, and what they have to know to operationally meet those expectations in order for their organization to comply with PIPA. The program will focus on the core rules and the core administrative requirements of PIPA\, and will be followed by a 30 minute open Q&A session.\n\n \n\nThe program will be delivered by Duncan Card\, Partner and Head of the Privacy Practice at Appleby Bermuda.
