3. Await confirmation of approval - we appreciate your patience while applications are reviewed.

Once Your Application Has Been Approved: 

1. Register as a member of the Bermuda Chamber of Commerce: Become a Member
2. Submit payment for your vendor fees
3. Prepare for the event.
   
   Additional Requirements for certain vendors: 
   • Food & Beverage Vendors: Apply for a Temporary Food Stall license from the Health Department
   • Vendors cooking on-site: Review & comply with the Fire Safety Provisions

Note: The below vendor fees do not include Bermuda Chamber of Commerce annual membership, which starts at $270 per year & is a requirement for participation.

Each Wednesday evening during the summer, Front Street in Hamilton comes alive with music, dance, and cultural performances that celebrate the spirit and talent of Bermuda. Harbour Nights provides a unique stage for performers to showcase their skills while entertaining thousands of residents and visitors who attend this iconic weekly event.

We welcome applications from musicians, dancers, cultural groups, schools, community organizations and other performers interested in participating in the 2026 season.

Submissions will be reviewed by the Bermuda Chamber of Commerce, and selected participants will be contacted with further details.
